Botas Blancas is our flagship and best selling beer.  It has won numerous awards at the homebrew scale and is our own take on a traditional Belgian-style white ale (Witbier). It is brewed with wheat and oats, then flavored with our personal blend of citrus zest from locally grown fruits like oranges, lemons and pomelos, with an additional subtle addition of coriander.  It’s the perfect every day beer!
